Arthur Daw
Arthur joined KHT in June 2021 working in the storage unit and servicing one of our international contracts. Having previously worked in senior roles in aviation, Arthur quickly progressed through the company and took the role of Operations Director in Summer 2022. The management structure was re-shuffled in early 2023 and Arthur assumed control of the company as Managing Director. Arthur has brought a strong safety culture with him from aviation and is striving for continued improvement with the support and input of the whole team. When Arthur isn’t at work he enjoys running, spending time with family and walking his German Shepards.

Gaynor Daw
Gaynor joined KHT in May 2020, initially starting in accounts, but moved over to support the general side and customer service. Gaynor is responsible for collating, processing, and distributing all the general proof of deliveries, liaising regularly with existing and new customers, and resolving any problems that occur. Haulage is a big change from Gaynor’s previous role as a midwife, but she is very happy with a much healthier work life balance. In her spare time Gaynor enjoys spending time with her husband Arthur, and their two boys, Henry and Edward, swimming, travelling, and eating out.

Aiden Eustace
Having previously worked for KHT before as a transport planner, Aiden returned to the company in March 2022. Aiden is an experienced transport manager with knowledge in many aspects of road haulage. He is dedicated to keeping the company fleet compliant with regulations and the drivers happy on the road. Aiden’s main hobbies are miniature modelling and football.

Abbie Tapley
May 2013 saw Abbie join KHT, and she has just celebrated her 10th anniversary. Abbie started as an administration assistant, scanning PODs and booking deliveries. Hearing how much she enjoyed listening to her colleagues in the traffic office, she asked to get more involved in this exciting but challenging work. Abbie was given the opportunity to be responsible for the collection board and the bookings email. As Abbie thrived on new challenges her confidence built enough for the next natural progression which was the TPN traffic desk. Once again Abbie blossomed in this busy and sometimes stressful role but eventually worked up to the position of Network Manager.
Abbie’s favourite part of the job is getting involved as much as she can (she can often be seen tootling around Castleford in a van when required) and having such a good relationship with everyone, oh and also food. In her spare time Abbie enjoys spending time with her daughter Ava and catching up with friends at the weekend.

Hannah Edwards
Also working on the TPN administration and support side is Hannah, who joined the company in 2016. Hannahs daily duties include planning all the daily collections, liaising with the drivers and ensuring credit revenue is up to date. Hannahs favourite part of her job is planning the collections, she says its like a jigsaw puzzle, and when it all comes together it is very satisfying. When not at work Hannah is a massive Greys Anatomy fan, she also enjoys spending time with her dogs Lilly, Oscar and Gino – who occasionally make an appearance in the office.
